You're in (or soon will be in) Sedona. Take advantage of your time here and really experience meditation. Whether you are brand new to it, a pro, or somewhere in between, you will be comfortable and engaged on a meditation experience with Michele. Our experiences are 90 minutes (which includes instruction and meditation time) and are typically conducted out in nature, on the red rocks where the energy is strong. In the event of inclement weather or guest preference, we can hold the experience indoors.
You can book an experience through AirBnB or through our us directly. AirBnB experiences are open to anyone with an AirBnB account. Click on one of the links below to view a calendar of scheduled experiences and to book.
Booking directly through us requires no need to set up an account. You can book a space in one of our public experiences OR you can schedule a private session for yourself or your group of up to 4 adults. Hi there - I'm Michele, founder of Sedona Meditation Experiences. I am an MMI certified Meditation and Mindfulness instructor and I have taught thousands of people to meditate.
My meditation journey began my freshman year of high school when I was fortunate to have attended a meditation workshop at my school. When I came to Sedona in 1997, my life was transformed from the healing I received. All I wanted to do was sit out on the red rocks, tune in to the energy, and meditate. And here I am still doing just that! Now I share the experience with others - perhaps you - who answer the call to come home to Sedona - home to your own divine nature.
You will be supported and honored when working with me. I am kind, caring, non-judgemental, and professional. I am a mathematician and scientist by training so my feet are firmly on the ground. And I also follow the call to deepen my intuition and use meditation not only for inner peace and stress relief but also for spiritual enrichment and profound personal growth.

Where will we go?
We will go to gorgeous location in and around Sedona so we can meditate out in nature. In the event of inclement weather - or if guests prefer - we will meet indoors.
What do I need to bring?
I will provide meditation cushions. We will be outdoors for 90 minutes so be sure to bring water, sun protection and footwear and clothing suitable for light hiking. If it's chilly out, bring a jacket or something to keep you warm.
Who can attend?
The public group experiences are for adults aged 18 and up. Private experiences can include anyone willing to participate. All meditation experience levels are welcome - newbies to pros.
What does it cost?
Do you offer longer experiences?
Absolutely! We offer private meditation mini-retreats for individuals and private groups. These can span 90-minutes, a half-day, full-day, or multiple days.
We also offer PREMIUM mini-retreats for the ultimate Sedona meditation experience. It is a luxury day of deep peace, rejuvenation, and spiritual insight at Sedona vortex sites. A healthy and delicious picnic lunch on the red rocks is included.

What kinds of groups do you work with?
Public experiences include individuals, couples, and/or small groups who are comfortable being part of a group that most likely will be made up of people you do not know. The maximum size for public experiences is 10 guests.
Private experiences offer focused experiences for individuals, couples, tour groups, corporate groups, wedding parties, and more - anyone wanting to explore inner peace and higher awareness.
