Where will we go?
We will go to gorgeous, iconic location in Sedona so we can meditate out in nature. When it's cold out, I'll provide blankets. The Arizona sunshine is surprisingly warm, even in the winter. Note: During COVID, we will NOT be meeting indoors.
What do I need to bring?
Bring your willingness to learn and to have a great experience :) I will provide meditation cushions - and blankets in cooler weather. We will be outdoors for 90 minutes so be sure to bring water, sun protection and footwear and clothing suitable for light hiking. If it's chilly out, bring a jacket or something to keep you warm. There's not a lot of hiking, but we will be walking for about 5 minutes.
Who can attend?
Experiences are for adults aged 18 and up. All that's required is a willingness to learn. Experiences are only offered in English. All meditation experience levels are welcome - newbies to pros.
What does it cost?
Do you offer retreats?
Absolutely! We offer meditation retreats for individuals and private groups. The retreats are customizable for 1, 2, 3, or more days AND the amount of time we'll spend together each day.
Retreat options include deepening your practice, finding a conscious path through a transitional time, and celebrating a special event. All in Sedona with loads of time in nature.
What kinds of groups do you work with?
During the COVID pandemic, I am encouraging private experiences for individuals, couples, and private groups of up to 4. Public, group experiences may be held but they will be limited to 4 guests and masks may be required.
Private experiences offer focused experiences for individuals, couples, families, tour groups, corporate groups, wedding parties, and more - anyone wanting to explore inner peace and higher awareness.
Our meditation retreats are for individuals, couples, or small (private) groups who want to do a deeper dive into meditation, insight, and inner peace.
How long is an experience?
It depends on the experience.

What do we do during an experience?
Experiences consist of mindfulness and grounding exercises, a discussion on the topic of the experience (vortexes, chakras, loving kindness, full moon, etc.), some meditation training, and a guided meditation that typically lasts 20-25 minutes. There is plenty of time for questions, tips, and helpful insights.
You'll learn a lot, deepen your understanding, and get some quality meditation time in while visiting an iconic Sedona location.
What if it's raining?
In the event of inclement weather, I will do my best to reschedule the experience. If that is not possible and/or the weather continues to be prohibitive of an outdoor experience, we will have to cancel the experience and you will be fully refunded. During Covid, meeting indoors is not an option.
What if I'm unable to walk?
If you or someone in your group is unable to walk on a hiking trail, we can arrange to drive to an outdoor, private spot. Together we will work out a location and experience that meets your needs.
Is anything else included with the experience?
Yes! A few days after your experience, I will email you access to some guided meditation recordings I created. This will help you remember our time in Sedona AND help you to establish and stick with your meditation practice.
You will have access to the information I shared with you during your experience as well as several guided meditation recordings of various duration.
