• After Sedona

    Take It with You

Take a moment to remember how you felt during your time in Sedona.

    Not what you were thinking…
    but what you actually felt.

Maybe it was a sense of stillness.
    Or clarity.
Or something subtle that’s hard to put into words.

    Whatever it was—it matters.

  • Day 1 - Return to Stillness

    Start here

Take a few minutes to come back to the same sense of presence you touched during the experience.
Not to recreate it — just to remember.

What you felt in Sedona isn’t something you left behind.

It’s something you can return to—more easily than you might think.

  • Day 2 - Notice What's Changed

Take a quiet moment today and ask yourself:

What feels different — even subtly?

It might be your pace, your breath, how you respond to things…
    Just notice.
You may notice that this way of being comes and goes.

    That’s completely natural.

It’s not about holding onto it perfectly—
it’s about learning how to return to it.
  • Day 3 - Bring It into Your Life

Step outside for a few minutes.

    No phone. No agenda.
    Stand, sit, or walk slowly.

Let yourself simply be where you are for 5 minutes and simply be.

This is the practice. It doesn’t have to be more complicated than this.
At a certain point, something shifts.

    It’s no longer just a nice moment…
it starts to feel like something you want to stay connected to.

And that’s where having a space to explore it more intentionally can make a difference.

  • Day 4 -Meditate

Practice making the time and space to meditate today.
It may take some exploration to find the right time of day, location, thing to sit upon, and so on.
Your practice does not have to be perfect (it never will be).
The important thing is that you make it happen.
Here are a few guided meditations to help you begin building your practice.

    4-Minute Meditation

    15-Minute Meditation

    20-Minute Meditation

  • At a certain point, something becomes clear.

This isn’t just something you do
it’s something you want to stay connected to.

And while you can absolutely continue this on your own,

there’s also a way to explore it more deeply, with guidance and space.

  • Continue the Experience

Over the past few days, you may have noticed something.

That what you experienced in Sedona wasn’t just about being there…it’s something you can access again.

And maybe—something in you is a little more curious now.

For some people, this is where it naturally deepens.

If you feel that quiet pull to explore this more, I do offer a small, guided circle where we continue this work together.

It’s not about doing more—it’s about staying connected to what you’ve already touched.

You can learn more about The Circle here.

Take a look and see if it resonates.

Wherever you go, bring a little of this with you.
