Be surrounded by the beauty of Sedona while sitting in peaceful silent meditation with a small group of other meditators. Think of this as a deep dive into inner peace. A time to slow way down and feel the subtle energy around and within you. To listen - really listen - to your intuition.
In this mostly silent meditation you will sit with a kind and caring meditation coach who will lovingly hold space for you while you meditate on the red rocks in nature. This simple act makes a profound difference to the ease and depth of your meditation. Having space held for you, being in the group meditation energy, and being surrounded by the harmony of nature are ingredients for a profound meditation experience.
You will be gently guided for the first 5-10 minutes of the meditation before moving into silent practice for approximately 30 minutes. We will provide a zafu or chair and a blanket if it's chilly. You are welcome to bring whatever cushion or prop you need.
This experience is great for those who are used to meditating in silence for 30+ minutes. If you are new to meditation, you are certainly welcome to join this experience but understand that there is no training included in this experience. Please see our other meditation experiernces if you'd like more instruction and guidance in your meditation.
