We will meet at a stunning Sedona location surrounded by the vortex energy. I will help you to get grounded and be fully present for our experience so you can get the most out of our meditation and time together. I will share with you what I consider the most important information about the vortexes and valuable tools for accessing and using the energy for your enrichment.
You will deepen your understanding of meditation, learn tips for getting the most from your practice, and have all of your meditation questions answered. I will guide you through a 25-minute meditation specially designed so you can experience multiple techniques in one seamless session. This will help you identify the technique(s) that work best for YOU. Everyone is different and it's important that you use a technique that speaks to you.
This 90-minute experience is a unique opportunity to sit with a kind, caring meditation professional who will teach you how to meditate, tips for success, and hold space for you as you enjoy a peaceful and insightful meditation in the stunning surroundings and sweet nature of Sedona.
Know Before You Go
This is an outdoor experience, in nature.
Total time is 90-minutes, approximately 25 minutes of meditation plus discussion and instruction.
This is for ages 18+ If you have people under 18 years of age in your group, contact us to discuss the best approach. There are no age restrictions for private sessions.
Some (5-10) walking on an easy hiking trail.
If you are in a wheelchair or need assistance walking, please let us know at time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Assistance pets are allowed provided they can sit still and be quiet for the duration of the experience.
