Join Michele Mattix, a certified mindfulness and meditation instructor and life-long meditator, for the meditation experience of a lifetime. We will be in some of the most incredible nature on Earth where you will experience a grounding ceremony, set your heart-felt intentions, and deepen your understanding of meditation.

You will learn about the sacred energy of Sedona and how best to experience it. Michele will share the 5 Essentials of Meditaiton with you to help you better understand what meditaiton is and is not and how to deal with thoughts, expectations, and more.

Then, you will put it all into practice and be guided through a meditation that will help you find inner peace and allow your spirit to soar among the red rocks. You will learn various meditation techniques so that you can identify the ones that work best for you. Michele will share tips for how you can make meditation a part of your daily life.

The entire experience is 90-minutes long, approximately 25-minutes of which is spent in meditation.

• This experience takes place outdoors, please dress accordingly.
• For ages 16+ (minors must be accompanied by an adult).
•  It involves some walking on an easy hiking trail, please wear suitable footwear.
• The trails are not wheelchair accessible.  If you require assistance, we can arrange to drive up part of the way.
• We provide zafu meditation cushions for sitting on the ground.  If you prefer chairs, please let us know and we will plan accordingly.
• We provide blankets in the cooler months.
• We will meet at the designated location (we do not provide transportation service)
• If you need to reschedule your experience, we require at least 24 hours advance notice.  We'll do our best to accommodate you and that will be easier with more, rather than less, advance notice.  Scheduling requests made within 24 hours of our start date/time will be treated as no-shows and not rescheduled.
