    Thank you for being part of this experience.

    Many people leave feeling more grounded, clear, or connected.
    And then… life picks back up.

    This is a simple way to bring that with you over the next few days.

    Don’t try to hold onto the experience — just return to it.

  • Day 1 - Return to Stillness

    Start here

    Take a few minutes to come back to the same sense of presence you touched during the experience.
    Not to recreate it — just to remember.

  • Day 2 - Notice What's Changed

    Take a quiet moment today and ask yourself:

    What feels different — even subtly?

    It might be your pace, your breath, how you respond to things…
    Just notice.
  • Day 3 - Bring It into Your Life

    Step outside for a few minutes.

    No phone. No agenda.
    Stand, sit, or walk slowly.

    Let yourself simply be where you are for 5 minutes and simply be.

    This is the practice. It doesn’t have to be more complicated than this.
