What feels different — even subtly?
It might be your pace, your breath, how you respond to things…
Just notice.Day 3 - Bring It into Your Life
Step outside for a few minutes.
No phone. No agenda.
Stand, sit, or walk slowly.Let yourself simply be where you are for 5 minutes and simply be.
This is the practice. It doesn’t have to be more complicated than this.
