There are as many ways to mediate as there are people.
Breath awareness, mantra, full moon, chakra...
Finding the ways that work for you is half of the challenge when it
comes to meditating.
If you have tried meditating only to discover you don't like it, chances
are you used a technique that doesn't agree with you.
This can happen for a lot of reasons. Maybe the technique relied on
visualization and you cannot visualize. Or perhaps you learned from a
group of people who follow a guru or influencer who doesn't do it for
you.
Don't throw the baby away with the bathwater! If a technique doesn't
work for you, then find one that does.
I have helped thousands of people learn to mediate. Everyone can do it. You just need to take a little time to explore and discover what works for you. And you need to recognize when it's time to shake things up.
