Happy New Year meditation fans!
Did you set your New Year’s intentions or resolutions thisyear? A new year is a great time to reflect on what areas of life need some attention and to plant the seeds for
what you want to bring into your life.
That’s the easy part. The harder part is allowing those seeds to sprout, grow and produce fruit that you can harvest and enjoy. It’s called manifestation.
Meditation is a great tool to assist in manifesting your heart’s desires. But meditation is more than a tool – it’s a practice all its own and one that I hear many people say
they have a hard time making stick in their lives.
Creating change requires baby steps – little habits that turn into systems, systems that move you towards your desired objectives. The support of community is ever-so helpful in keeping you motivated and holding space while you take those baby steps.
This is why I’ve created a new online meditation program. It’s called Make Meaningful Change and it’s designed to help you overcome your resistance and start meditating. It’s not enough to THINK about meditating or to meditate once in a while. You need to be consistent to build the habit. We meet ten times throughout the month for guided practice, support, and light discussion of the monthly theme.
Each month features a new theme and the guided meditations are custom created to support that theme. This way, you’ll learn how to apply meditation and mindfulness to various themes in life. This month, January, we are working with manifestation.
You can join any single session but it is a much better value to join for the entire month. If you sign up late or miss a session, you can catch the audio replay on my website.
