      Our meditation retreats are tailored to meet your needs and are designed for 1-on-1 or small group sessions. We offer mini-retreats (90-minutes), half-day (3 hours), and full-day (6 hours). Common themes include:

      • Make meditation your own - find what truly works for you.
      • Explore the silence - a mostly silent meditation retreat for deep de-stressing.
      • Friends, mother-daughter, or others you'd like to spend quality time with deepening your spiritual connection.
      • One-on-One with a meditation coach - get answers to your questions as well as valuable feedback and next-steps to take your practice to the next level.
      We meet outdoors at various beautiful Sedona locations where we will be surrounded by nature and harmony. If you are staying someplace that offers private space, we can work there, too.
