Take Your Meditation to a New Level

You can only go so far on your own. Maybe you've watched some meditation videos or done it a few times in yoga class and you like what you've experienced. A retreat is an excellent way to deepen your understanding and skill in meditation and Sedona is the perfect place to do it.

      Find Your Conscious Path Forward

When life throws a whole bunch of change your way, what do you do? Fight the process, kicking and screaming the whole way? Hide your head in the sand and hope it just goes away? What if you were to use the experience as an opportunity for growth - a chance to create an exciting, new reality for yourself. A Sedona Meditation Retreat with Michele offers you the time, space, and guidance to gently explore the dynamics occurring in your life. It will help you to get in touch with your heart of hearts, and explore ways to consciously navigate the challenge.

      Celebrate Your Special Event

Looking for a spiritual way to celebrate your wedding, anniversary, or birthday? By yourself or with family and friends, a Sedona meditation retreat with Michele is a beautiful way to enrich your special day. Infuse your special day with clarity, groundedness, and inner peace among the red rocks.

      Manage Stress and Anxiety

Have you been diagnosed with anxiety or a stress-related illness? Meditation and mindfulness are outstanding tools to help you manage stress and/or anxiety naturally. A Sedona meditation retreat will give you the time and space to explore time-honored and scientifically proven techniques for calming your nervous system and regulating your blood pressure, sleep patterns, and more. Change your ingrained patterns and turn hard-wired nervous system stress reactions into mindful and healthy responses.

      Expand Your Awareness

Meditation is an excellent tool to help awaken and develop your intuition. Finding the calm center within is often the first step in connecting with spiritual guides, working with ancestors, and assembling your own inner spiritual support team. Using meditation, ritual, and inner journeying, this type of retreat can help unlock your potential to connect and be in relation with your affinity spirits.

      How It Works

Our meditation retreats are tailored to meet your needs and are designed for 1-on-1 or small group sessions. We offer retreats in half-day (3 hours) and full-day (6 hours) increments. Common themes include:

      • Learn to meditate in a way right for you.
      • Explore the silence - a mostly silent meditation retreat for deep de-stressing.
      • Friends, mother-daughter, or others you'd like to spend quality time with deepening your spiritual connection.
      • Expanding into your intuition for spiritual guidance and growth.
      • One-on-One with a meditation coach - get answers to your questions as well as valuable feedback and next-steps to take your practice to the next level.

We meet outdoors at various beautiful Sedona locations where we will be surrounded by nature and harmony. If you are staying someplace that offers private space, we can work there, too.

Pricing for our retreats starts at $495 and depends on the duration, number of attendees, and the location. Scroll down to request a Q&A call to learn more.
